The concert repertoire centres on seven pieces recorded by Ali Ufkî and compositions from the same era. Historical narrative and archival material from the twenty-four-year War of Crete are woven into the musical programme.

The result is a narrative, semi-theatrical concert that recreates the auditory atmosphere surrounding one of the longest wars of the early modern Mediterranean. Rather than treating historical performance as a museum reconstruction, the programme offers a grounded and inclusive encounter for contemporary listeners.
